RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Customer Service Assistant to join my client in the Real Estate Industry!

Job Description

  1. Lead and inspire the customer service team to provide top-tier support and solutions.
  2. Cultivate a friendly and service-oriented team culture, ensuring customers always feel valued.
  3. Mentor, train and develop junior team members to enhance their skills & confidence.
  4. Implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing & Fulfillment teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  7. Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service standards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service, with minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
