Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating effectively and ensuring customer happiness. This role requires a strong understanding of personal data protection, with a preference for candidates who have completed a course in this area. The Customer Service Manager will oversee all customer interactions, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and adhere to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional support and satisfaction.
  • Articulate information clearly and effectively to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Respond to personal data protection questions with expertise and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Review and standardise all customer service replies to maintain a consistent and high-quality service level.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and data protection protocols.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of personal data protection laws and regulations.
  • Completion of a course in data protection is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
