Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator x 10 HC (Tuas/ Clementi/Pioneer)

Job Summary:

• Salary details: $2300-$2600 (Depend on relevant exp)
• Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 8am-12pm
• Location of work: Tuas/Pioneer, Company Transport is provided at Tuas West Road MRT
• Key Company Benefits: 1 year contract (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Prepare and handle day-to-day documents for delivery
• Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules
• Liaise with warehouse for shipments
• Prepare monthly reports for KPI
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge in SAP/WMS/ERP systems is an additional advantage.
