Job Description/Requirements

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly
• Notify key customers of stock status, price updates, or company invites
• Effectively manage customer complaints within an hour
• Invoice customers
• Monitor online orders
• Respond to customers on social media platforms
• Monitor retail implementation of marketing programs

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Catering Management, Food Technology, or Marketing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively
