Responsibilities:
- Efficiently communicate company policies to customers
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly
- Notify key customers of stock status, price updates, or company invites
- Effectively manage customer complaints within an hour
- Invoice customers
- Monitor online orders
- Respond to customers on social media platforms
- Monitor retail implementation of marketing programs
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Catering Management, Food Technology, or Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively
