Customer Service Executive (SG!/Freight Forwarding Industry/Islandwide location)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, order processing, delivery orders, and delivery summary.
• Reply and acknowledge customer enquiries and orders; provide delivery summary reports through email or phone call.
• Check GRN (Goods Received Notice).
• Close all D/Os.
• Prepare and perform inbound, outbound, and inventory reports.
• Manage trucking container/shipping instructions for the warehouse with the Freight team.
• Daily filing.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.
