Job description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, handle inquiries and issues efficiently, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in handling general customer inquiries and feedback, as well as Facebook inquiries.
  2. Monthly submission and presentation of customer service/loss prevention report.
  3. Assist in the running of the customer service committee.
  4. Support company events, closed door events, event sales, and any other event-related matters.
  5. Perform any other reasonable duties deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably with 2 - 3 years of customer service experience.
  2. Possess a strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  3. Possess good written communication skills.
  4. Proficient in all MS Office applications.
  5. Knowledge of SAP and Case Trust is an advantage.
