We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred. Applicants with a good track record and relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Customer Service Executive position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service technologies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
