Customer Service Executive (Sales Coordinator) - MUST BE FROM MOVING or SHIPPING

• Position: Customer Service Executive (Sales Coordinator) - MUST BE FROM MOVING or SHIPPING industry
• Location: Jurong Area (Nearest MRT: Lakeside)
• Working hours: 5-day work week Monday to Friday, 9.00 am — 5.30 pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5000 + Commission + Variable Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling sales inquiries, phone calls, and emails
• Preparing survey planner and sales report on a weekly/monthly basis
• Updating Calendar and work schedule
• Supporting sales consultants/sales team when they are absent, including following up on their quotes
• Arranging pre-site appointments with assignees/shipper directly
• Preparing relocation proposals and forwarding them to clients if required
• Taking sales meeting minutes
• Arranging networking activities for Sales and Business Development department (Registration and Payment)
• Ensuring salesperson has quoted within 48 hours
• Handling corporate account initiation and following up closely with customer service and Account HR
• Preparing and following up on Budget quotes, sending origin/destination/door-to-door rate upon client request
• Supporting Assistant Sales Manager with corporate accounts and various offices in the company
• Preparation of RFQ for corporate accounts and Tender
• Any other activities as directed by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum O Levels/ITE certificate in sales/marketing/business management
• Minimum one year of experience in Sales Admin duties
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
