Customer Service Executive / Officer (Logistics) @ West

Responsibilities:

• Promptly handle customer enquiries
• Coordinate with customers and concerned parties for logistics arrangements (order processing, logistics operations including WMS, billing, claims, etc)
• Monitor and ensure the effective communication and work relation with customers.
• To assist the team to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.

Details:

• Monday to Friday / Alt Saturday
• Up to $2500
• West area
• Company transport provided

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent in related field
• Minimum 1 year of logistics & warehouse experience
