Summary:

• Customer Service Officer - Up to $3300

Job Scope:

Customer Service Officer:

• Respond to operation calls and assist customers with their requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, including processing invoices and entering service or repair requests into the system.
• Provide support as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
• Assist with reporting and documentation at the Accident Reporting Centre as needed.
• Collect cash from the Customer Service Advisor and submit it to the Corporate Office in a timely manner.
• Close jobs and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all documentation.
• Handle administration and submit warranty claims for all products following company procedures.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor(s), ensuring a cooperative and efficient work environment.

Customer Service Executive:

• Greet and assist customers by delivering high-quality customer service.
• Identify customer needs and respond effectively to their requests.
• Advise customers on technical, delivery, pricing, and additional charges, and follow up as necessary.
• Prepare repair quotations, create job orders, submit material requisitions, and issue invoices as required.
• Address customer complaints by investigating the issue and offering recommended solutions or actions.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure jobs are completed as promised to customers.
• Provide support with Customer Service Officer (CSO) duties when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the team and operations.

Requirements:

• Min 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or relevant skills in the automotive repair industry.
• Min. Nitec in Automotive or equivalent field of studies.
