Customer Service Executive (IT)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective sales administration process flow and coordination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Support Account Managers in preparing Sale Quotations to customers’ enquiries with attention to detail and close follow-up.
• Respond to customers’ requests on quotations and product information for new purchase requirements or renewals of licenses/maintenances.
• Verify prices before submitting to Purchaser to process Purchase Order.
• Process Sales Orders for confirmed sales.
• Respond to Customer’s requests on delivery and coordinate with Operations team.
• Escalate maintenance or support issues reported by Customers to Operations team.
• Work closely with Account Managers to meet sales performance goals.
• Document all relevant data systematically.
• Gather information and support Account Managers for Tender requirements in liaison with Suppliers and Technical Solution Team.
• Follow up on tender progress and updates.
• Establish a good relationship with Customers to explore additional business opportunities and expand sales revenue.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned or deemed required by Company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level with 2 to 3 years Customer Service experience, preferably in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.
• Strong customer experience mindset, with skills in listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs.
• Keen to learn and a team player.

Salary Range: $2300 to $2500, with attractive monthly sales incentives and monthly mobile reimbursement claim up to $50.
