As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Answer phone enquiries and orders professionally
• Provide quotations and reply to customer enquiries promptly.
• Process orders and billing promptly.
• Coordinate with respective in-charge for the status of orders, incoming shipments, arrangement for pick up etc.
• Resolve any issues in a professional way.
• Perform administrative function role.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any relevant fields.
