Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate and professional information.
• Handle administrative tasks for piano technicians, including scheduling appointments and keeping detailed records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in clients while managing cashiering responsibilities effectively.
• Proactively follow up with relevant departments on billing issues to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
• Efficiently manage spare parts inventory, ensuring prompt ordering and accurate tracking to support smooth operations.
• Carry out various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to assist the customer service department.
• Take on additional duties and cover for colleagues in the customer service administrative department during their studies, vacations, or medical leave.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above
• 3 – 5 years in similar function
• Experience in musician instruments is an added advantage
• Possess strong customer service skills to manage customer interactions effectively
