Company Transport: Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possesses own transport
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Basic Salary: $3000 to $3600

Requirements:

  1. Diploma holder and above
  2. At least 2 years relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. To receive all inquiries, take note of the caller’s particulars such as name, position, company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
  2. To assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
  3. To prepare invoices and monthly reports for consolidated billing.
  4. To maintain and upkeep the filing system and software on all aspects of waste information.
  5. To assist Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operations in the team.
  6. To assist Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence and marketing communications.
  7. To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
  8. To coordinate with various departments, i.e., logistics and operations department, to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
