Be part of the co-loading team in charge of providing seamless and customer-focused solutions through our various airline products.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly
Assist in the administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis
Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
'O’ level/A level/Diploma in Business Administration or other disciple
Min. 2 years of related experience (airfreight customer service, co-loading etc), preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry.
Proficient in MS-Office applications
Prior experience with Cargowise system is preferred
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
Organised and meticulous
Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
Willing to learn
Team player with great initiative
