Responsibilities:

• Represent the company professionally as a frontline employee.

• Identify customer needs and provide technical advice and solutions.

• Collaborate with customers, contractors, workshops, and internal teams.

• Prepare and manage administrative documents such as quotations, invoices, and work orders.

• Negotiate repair pricing and recommend service contracts to customers.

• Liaise with workshops and contractors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.

• Keep customers updated on service schedules, repair progress, and vehicle collection.

• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors as needed.

• Collect payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• NTC or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Relevant experience in customer service or related fields; automotive repair knowledge is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Maximo) is a bonus.
