Customer Service Executive/Assistant (Healthcare)

Job Description:

Job position: Customer Service Executive/Assistant

Working days and hours: Mon-Fri (office hours)/WFH arrangements

Salary: Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus

Location: Yishun

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and delivering high standard of customer service to prospects and existing clients.
  • Provide support on pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Answer customers' enquiries and resolve customers' issues.
  • Ensure clients' retention and instil customers' loyalty.
  • Provide outbound service calls through retention strategies and programs for existing clients.
  • Provide support to all supporting departments and ensure that calls/emails are rightfully handed over to the respective departments.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in any field/industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service/sales support/administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in mentoring and training junior staff would be an advantage.
