Job description

️ Basic up to $2800 + AWS + VB
️ Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Location: East (Changi Airfreight Centre)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer interactions.
  • Manage and coordinate bookings for both air and sea shipments.
  • Handle comprehensive sea documentation tasks, including bookings and bill of lading (BL) preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with air and sea carriers.
  • Support the customer service department, reporting directly to the Team Manager.
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Should possess a passion for learning and be open to taking on responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with air and sea logistics is a plus.
