Job description

Positions Available: Customer Service Executive (Account Management) x2, Senior Customer Service Executive

Customer Relationship Executive x2 (Up to $2900)

Senior Customer Relationship Executive x1 (Up to $3500)

Working Location: Central (Bishan)

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Benefits: Yearly Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Own and achieve sales targets for assigned salon business accounts, driving revenue growth through effective relationship management.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for salon clients, handling inquiries, product recommendations, and assisting with order placements.
  • Consultation & Education: Offer personalized consultations to salon owners on hair care products, treatments, and solutions, guiding them on optimizing their offerings to meet client needs.
  • Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Address feedback and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring that salon owners and distributors have positive experiences and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional client experience by following up proactively, educating clients on products and services, and offering ongoing support.
  • Order Management: Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery in collaboration with the logistics and supply chain teams.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and education teams to design loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and training initiatives that engage and retain salon clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, work on onboarding new salon accounts, and expand product distribution in your region.
  • Product Demonstrations & Workshops: Assist in organizing events such as product demos, workshops, and industry gatherings to enhance brand presence and foster customer loyalty.
  • Account Management & Collections: Work with the finance department to manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy financial relationships.
