Customer Service Executive (6-Month Contract, up to $3200) (Ref: GEC)
An established US-based company distributing industrial motor devices is seeking suitable candidates to join the growing team as a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer service and increase operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customers’ queries through various channels
Process customers’ orders in the system and follow up with relevant personnel on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
Serve as an interface between customers and sales and finance departments to resolve any customer-related issues
Monitor factory deliveries and liaise with customers on any changes to their order/delivery process
Prepare and send shipping documents to customers
Update weekly sales orders for sales forecast reports for management
Any ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent
Some experience in customer service, sales support and/or logistics is preferred
Prior experience utilizing the JDE system is advantageous
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
