Ensure customer enquiries are properly addressed and escalate customer complaints to related departments.
Other ad-hoc customer service related duties as assigned.
Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.
Job Requirement:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels and above. Prior 1 – 2 years of working experience in customer service industry would be advantageous.
Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills; with pleasant and positive attitude.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
