Customer Service Executive (1-Year contract)

About the role

Takasago International (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional order processing support. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic working environment.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure that customer purchase orders are properly processed and follow through.
• Ensure proper co-ordination with Production Planners and affiliates to ensure that the delivery date meets customer requirements.
• Support on co-ordination on pre-shipment and co-shipment samples arrangement, if needed.
• Support on external document requests are arranged, if needed.
• Monitor and follow up with affiliates/clients to ensure products timely delivery.
• To liaise with customers & affiliates on incomplete order details.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of order processing operations

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in an order processing or client-facing role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle and resolve issues
• Proficient in using SAP software and other relevant office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
