The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  1. Handling of all customer's (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.
  2. Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders.
  3. Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies.
  4. Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities.
  5. Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
  6. Provide administrative support for the Manager.
