About the Job:

Join our team as a Client Service Executive in our Scam and Fraud division. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues related to disputes and scams. You will provide expert guidance, conduct thorough reviews, and offer solutions to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Job Description:

  1. Manage and resolve escalated customer issues related to disputes and scams.
  2. Conduct detailed reviews of complex customer issues, offering fair and effective solutions.
  3. Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to enhance customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient customer support.
  5. Coach and share knowledge with front-line teams to improve their handling of scam-related issues.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma, Degree in Banking/Finance/Customer Service/Business or equivalent is an advantage.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in frontline customer service, with at least 1 year as a Customer Service Officer in a call center is preferable.
  3. Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
