Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and process administrative activities for customer service parts ordering.
  2. Support MA group internal, ASEAN, US, EU, and Global market needs.
  3. Liase with vendors and MA SCM for parts ordering and fulfillment.
  4. Liase with internal customer engineers for parts number, drawing, and technical aspect of requirements.
  5. Achieve SPC part sales goals to fulfill business needs and support company growth.
  6. Familiar with the roles and responsibilities of customer service coordinator roles for order desk.
  7. Adhere strictly to job processes defined by Makino's QEHS policy to achieve Makino quality standards.
  8. Enhance spare parts from quotation to ordering and shipment in terms of price, response, and lead time.
  9. Assist in spare parts pricing management and provide weekly/monthly quotation, purchasing, sales, and shipment reports.
  10. Perform accurate updates of parts in/out of the system and ensure safety stock availability.
  11. File and document all spare parts sales related to ISO management.
  12. Coordinate with Finance regarding payment, shipment, and PGI related matters.
  13. Share knowledge with relevant people to help create a knowledge bank and learning organization.
  14. Mentor and guide junior service coordinators.

Experience Required:

  1. Proficient in computer literacy and administrative skills.
  2. Familiar with Freight Forwarding Procedures and concepts.
  3. Fast learner and agile, able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  4. Able to work independently and self-motivated.
  5. SAP system knowledge will be considered a top priority.
  6. Able to understand technical drawings and specifications is an added advantage.
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  8. Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese will be an added advantage.
  9. Good and effective communication skills.

Education/Qualification:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience with data entry and order processing related skills.
