Job description

Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Customer Experience, the incumbent will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Working days: Monday to Sunday (5 Days Work Week)
  • Working time: 11.00am to 9.30pm

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to walk-in customers, addressing VEW and inquiries.
  2. Perform basic diagnoses of device faults.
  3. Conduct product testing and manage exchanges.
  4. Assist with first-time product setup.
  5. Apply screen protectors.
  6. Handle SingSaver redemptions.
  7. Resolve product issues encountered by customers after sales.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in customer service.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries. Strong command of the language(s) used for customer interactions.
  3. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's products, including their features, functionalities, and warranty policies. Ability to assist customers with product testing, setup, exchange, screen protector application, and other related tasks.
  4. Customer Service Mindset: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and provide exceptional service to customers. Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations professionally.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
