Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk reception, and assisting with administrative tasks.

  1. Respond to incoming customer requests proficiently and professionally.
  2. Maintain Work centre’s schedule.
  3. Assist Statistic Officer in data entry.
  4. Administer security protocols for visitors and contractors.
  5. Manage front desk reception.

Qualities We Value

  1. Entry Level candidates are welcome.
  2. Great motivation and positive attitude in striving for excellence.
  3. High level of proficiency in MS Office 365, especially in Excel.
  4. Operating hours between 7.30am to 7.30pm, 8 hours work shift (First Shift: 7.30am, Second Shift: 11.30am).
  5. 2 years contract role, contract is renewable subject to performance.
