Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Secure appointments from client inquiries through different platforms (social media channels, phone calls, emails)
• Create connections to potential clients from provided leads and sources through phone calls
• Send reminders to clients for upcoming appointments
• Prepare monthly sales conversion report

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in relevant fields will be an added advantage
• Shift required
