Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle queries from customers related to customs process with Singapore Customs
2. Preparation and review of KPI slides with Singapore operations
3. Handle KPI Review with customers
4. Gather new requirements from customers to update/create SOPs
5. Handle first level of escalation from customers on permit errors and delays
6. Respond to queries from customers related to declaration process with internal operations
7. Liaising with customers to resolve permit declaration queries with operations
8. Communicate constantly within the operations team to be up to date with customers’ requirements

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields with customer service work experiences
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
5. It is an added advantage to be familiar with freight terms, import/export documentation, and shipment tracking
