Job description

Ethiqal Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle inbound leads generated through advertisements. This role focuses on prompt follow-ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and converting inquiries into successful collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Follow-Up and Conversion
    Respond promptly to incoming leads generated from advertisements via email, phone, or other communication platforms.
    Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions regarding Ethiqal’s services.
    Schedule meetings or consultations with clients and relevant team members.
    Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    Address client queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
    Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
  3. Administrative Support
    Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and customers using the CRM system.
    Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
    Prepare and send quotations or proposals as needed.
  4. Collaboration and Communication
    Work closely with the sales and production teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.
    Share customer feedback with the marketing and advertising teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role. Experience in the media, advertising, or video production industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
    Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of advertising and video production services (preferred).
