Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Changi Region
Working Hours: 5 days/week, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Bus Access: Convenient routes from Bedok, Tampines, Hougang, Sengkang via Pasir Ris

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our CS Department. Reporting to the Team Manager, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring smooth bookings, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service Department and manage air and sea bookings.
  • Liaise professionally with air and sea carriers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to meet their logistics needs.
  • Handle all sea documentation, including booking and coordination tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
  • Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage.
