Reporting to the Customer Service & Demand Planning Manager, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing the order to cash process, building an effective customer relationship management, and ensuring strong collaboration with customers, 3PL, internal stakeholders (Commercial / Finance / Marketing / Global Supply Chain), and UK supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and smooth operation.
