Customer service executive

Description

We are an established food (catering), seafood processing, and distribution company. We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill this position. This job entails the following requirements:

1. Handles prospects' enquiries on products, events, and services.
2. Prepares proposals and quotations for all enquiries.
3. Budgets, plans, and allocates respective resources to meet client demand and updates systems.
4. Assists in event logistics and personnel planning.
5. Issues all documents for downstream departments for action and follow-up.

Requirements:

1. Two or more years of experience in a food-related environment.
2. Diploma or degree in business, mass communication, food science, or nutrition.
3. Flexible working hours and workdays.
4. After job confirmation, a WFH hybrid work arrangement can be available.
