Position: Customer Service Executive (Japanese speaking) ID: 19418
Location: Central

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer services for daily inquiries and requirements of clients
  2. Handle emergency inquiries of clients on weekends and night time
  3. Provide sales support to Sales Team
  4. Other administrative and ad-hoc duties if required from management

Requirements:

  1. Experienced with customer service, sales support, or any service industry
  2. Be able to work flexibly based on the customer's schedule
  3. Familiar with MS Office
  4. Possess Customer Service Mind
