Job Responsibilities
Customer service includes responding to questions and requests from clients, giving details about goods and services, and handling grievances.
Transaction processing includes accepting orders, completing applications and paperwork, and managing returns and reimbursements.
Customer interaction documentation includes keeping track of questions, requests, answers, and follow-up activities.
Escalating problems: Making necessary phone calls to additional team members or departments.
Keeping track of client information, including updating databases and guaranteeing client satisfaction.
Customer feedback reporting: Providing reports on concerns and feedback from customers.
Note: 5.5 working days per week.
