Job description

EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE

5.5 DAYS ALTERNATE SAT

Alt Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Company in a professional manner as a front line employee
  • Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing technical advice
  • Work as a team with internal and external stakeholders like customers, contractors, workshop, etc.
  • Prepare quotation, debit note or credit note to customers and raise work orders
  • Provide technical advice to customers
  • Negotiate repair pricing with customers
  • Recommend service contracts
  • Raise job orders to workshops and contractors
  • Liaise with controllers and contractors on service/repair quality and price of work
  • Follow up with workshop and contractors on the service/repair of the vehicles and provide feedback to customers
  • Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers
  • Perform basic investigation into customers’ complaints and rectify the problems by coming up with recommendations within guidelines
  • Escalate more pressing issues to Supervisors
  • Collect payments
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

  • Proficient in basic MS Office
  • Possesses problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset
  • Prior working experience in the automotive industry
