As part of the prestigious Ozhean Group, our premium aesthetic clinic in Singapore specializes in upscale skincare treatments and transformative beauty services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service cum Telesales Lead to elevate our client experience and train our customer service team to reflect the premium standard of our brand.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions.
2. Conduct teleconsultations with potential clients and provide follow-up service calls post-treatment.
3. Train and develop junior team members in customer service and telesales best practices.
4. Oversee reception duties, including greeting clients, managing check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
5. Coordinate responses to inquiries from social media, Google, and our website.
6. Collect and analyze customer feedback, reporting to management with actionable insights.
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements

1. Minimum of a Diploma, with 5+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
2. Proven telesales experience, ideally within the beauty or aesthetics industry.
3. Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
4. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
5. People-oriented team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working Hours

1. Mondays to Fridays: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
   Tuesdays: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
2. Saturdays: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
