Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Checking, replying to emails, answering incoming calls & online chats (e-commerce platforms).
  2. Perform listings and Order fulfilment experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and Q10.
  3. Provide general customer support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Updating of Customers records after each interaction with them explaining what interaction entailed and report as and when necessary.
  5. Setting up of appointments or following up with Customers after their first interaction.
  6. To assist the Sales team in boosting sales and performance.
  7. Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory and simple stocktaking.
  8. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by your immediate superior.

Requirements:

  1. GCE 'O' level, Diploma or equivalent
  2. At least 1 year experience in customer service
  3. Knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Good communication skills, good attitude and service oriented
  5. Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

  • Expected start date for role: 01 December 2024
  • Expected salary: $2,200 - $2,400 per month
