Customer Service cum Admin Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Admin Officer!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure constant presence at the front counter, welcoming and registering walk-in customers.
2. Oversee and manage customers.
3. Assist Manager to organise events and invite customers.
4. Handle difficult customers professionally, and complete necessary checklists before customer meets the manager.
5. Collect, certify, and manage documents received from customers. Ensure filing and administrative organization.
6. Respond to telephone and email inquiries.
7. Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, filing, processing letters, and setting up videoconferencing equipment before appointments.
8. Assist customers in making payments online and also perform simple account duties.
9. Perform general admin duties and oversee the office cleanliness and office contracts.
10. Perform some simple purchases for grocery and stationery for the office.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles.
2. Ability to communicate in English and be proficient in Mandarin as a second language and/or converse in dialects as the work requires interaction with a large number of Chinese clients.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
4. A friendly and patient demeanor with a proven ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions, including those involving sensitive or complex issues.

Working Hours:

· Mondays to Fridays (10 am - 7 pm)

· Kent Ridge MRT
