Customer Service Coordinator (Shipping) - Tuas

1. Customer Service Coordinator/ $2,300 - $2,500 / Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Alt Sat, 8.30am-12.30pm

• Order processing - LCL, FCL and monthly palletising shipments
• Conduct monthly cycle counts
• Computer literate with Microsoft, WMS AS400, emails corresponding
• Simple physical work on goods verification
• Perform data entry tasks as required
• ITE/Diploma in any discipline
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and good with teamwork.

Shipping Coordinator / Up to $3500 / Mon-Fri 9.00am – 6.30pm

• Responsible for managing and coordinating Sea Export shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and documentation is accurate and precise.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Procedure.
• Monitor and manage costs, timelines, and service quality.
• Manage export documentation & declarations (HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net.
• Perform general shipping functions including system data entries.
• Coordinate and resolve shipment issues.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and transport team to ensure accurate delivery of shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements and their orders are met, and documentation is accurate.
• Ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent.
• Ensure all transactions are handled accurately, completely, and timely.
• Follow up with CFS warehouse/overseas offices on any short-landed, damaged, or discrepancy cargo.
• Answer customer inquiries and handle customer complaints.
• Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costings, close all shipment files, and file documents.
• Liaise with carriers and master co-loaders on shipment booking & schedule, space & equipment availability.
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Knowledge in freight forwarding, import & export procedures or permit declaration.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work OT if required.
