Customer Service Coordinator / Officer (Import / Export / Freight Forwarding / West / 5 Days)

• Working hour: 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Scope

• Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness
• Input export job reference
• Resolve any special shipment requirements with the shipper prior to accepting the booking
• Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings
• Upon receipt of booking from shipper, book shipment direct with shipping lines or our consol for both FCL and LCL cargo
• Advise shipper via email or fax after confirmation of space with shipping lines or consol
• Arrange trucking and collection of cargo if customer requires this service
• Inform shipper via phone or email of any changes in vessel details or delays in arrival date
• Ensure all cargoes are sent in good condition; revert to customer immediately if any damage occurs

Requirements

• GCE O Level / Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
