The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role | Central
  • Working hours: 10am to 8pm or 12pm to 10pm (rotating shift)
  • 5 days work week (include weekend/PH)

Our client is a leading property developer in Singapore and they provide a wide portfolio of products for consumers and businesses. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will help to manage the mall's information counter and handle enquiries.

The Job:

  • Managing the customer service counter
  • Handling enquiries
  • Assisting with redemption and restocking of inventory

The Talent:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of frontline customer service experience/retail/F&B
  • Good communication skills
