Customer Service Associate (Singapore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Address caller inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks (emails, referrals, emergency activations).
• Coordinate with departments for follow-ups and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline (No experience required; 1–2 years in healthcare/contact centre preferred).
• Fluent in English & Mother Tongue (spoken & written).
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computers & typing.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
