Activities may include:

  • Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
  • Support account management and transaction processing.
  • Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback, and other requests.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.

This is an operational/support role which requires prior experience of an operational process. It follows established operating procedures to complete routine to semi-routine tasks. Instructions are required on new assignments. Some prior experience and/or vocational or technical training is required.
