About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team at EASTCOMPEACE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer requests, processing orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and HQ in China, and proactively keeping customers informed. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, proactive, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Management and Follow-Up:
Prepare product samples accurately and efficiently based on customer requests.
Proactively follow up with customers to obtain feedback and approval on samples.
Maintain organized records of samples and approvals.
Order Processing & Communications:
Accurately and efficiently process customer Purchase Orders (POs) in our internal systems.
Collaborate with the internal team for complete order information.
Diligently monitor the progress and keep stakeholders informed.
Communicate closely with clients related to samples, orders and shipments.
Maintain organized records of all processed orders.
Shipment Arrangement and Documentation:
Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange shipment of customer orders.
Prepare all necessary shipping documents accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum education level of GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
