Customer Service and Retail Executive

The Company:

Hatchery Cribs Pte Ltd was founded in 2016. The company consists of 4 e-commerce baby & children brands:

1. Hatchery Cribs (@hatcherycribs), a distributor and retailer of nursery furniture and baby products
2. Lollibly (@lollibly), a lifestyle children brand
3. Josh & Cherie Books (@joshandcheriebooks), Singapore’s largest children monthly book subscription
4. Pretty Major Home (@prettymajorhome), a home & lifestyle brand

We are a small, dynamic and young team, looking to expand our product offerings and we need you to join us.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Respond to customer service enquiries and issues in a timely & friendly manner. Manage pre and post-purchase enquiries via email, phone calls, online, and marketplace queries for all brands within our portfolio.
2. Serve customers in our showroom by helping them select products and responding to customers’ questions.
3. Restock showroom and assist to pack in warehouse when needed.
4. Assist in admin tasks when needed.
5. Required to work on Saturdays (Sundays & Mondays off).

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Commerce, or Business.
2. 2 years of experience in a customer-service related role.
3. Great interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing, attention to detail, self-motivated, creative problem-solving skills, good written language.
4. Fluent in English, excellent written & spoken English.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.

Location:

Lower Delta, Singapore. Candidate must be willing to work on Saturdays (Sundays & Mondays off).

Salary & Benefits:

1. $2400 to $2800 / month.
2. Annual performance bonus.
3. Annual $250 health/dental benefits.
4. Last Thursday of the month is “Eat with Family Day”, encourage to spend time with family.
5. $500 newborn credit to spend on Hatchery and staff discounts.
6. 14 days annual leave.
7. 14 days paid medical leave.
