Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

This position will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service on handling orders and enquiries to support the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontline customer service over telephone, undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondences.
2. Administer the order fulfilment process including sales order entry, arranging and preparing the delivery orders, generating duty payment, and collecting payments from customers.
3. Verify delivery orders and invoices against purchase orders.
4. Monitor customer particulars and conduct frequent credit checks.
5. Conduct regular stock counts.
6. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
7. Manage sales reservation stocks.
8. Generate duty payment lists.
9. Ensure tidiness of the wine cellar, receive and pack stocks for local and overseas deliveries.
10. Liaise with forwarders and arrange overseas shipments.
11. Receive overseas stocks, create product codes, and enter purchase orders into the system.
12. Co-ordinate with transporters on the collection of stocks for overseas.
13. Create/provide transporters with permits, packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders.
14. Any other duties related to Sales Support/Customer Service/Logistics.
