Assume the role of a Showroom Host, to greet customers, take orders, and serve them drinks and refreshments. Clear the serve wares after customers leave.
Office administration includes ordering of showroom and office supplies such as beverages, refreshments, and office stationery.
Ensure overall cleanliness of the showroom and all showroom operating standards, including daily checks on the requirements for showroom display cars.
Responsible for updating sales materials at the customer lounge and showroom; replenish materials when they run low.
Attend to phone calls and general phone inquiries.
Maintain basic phone and email etiquette.
Track showroom traffic and reporting.
Day-to-day mailing and dissemination of direct mailers, via mail or electronic means, to prospects and customers.
Office administration such as ensuring office documents are dispatched to different departments.
Take on some CRM roles such as preparation of gifts to customers and prospects and arrange for dispatch.
Assist at Rolls-Royce events.
Keep abreast of brand and market news and competitors' news.
Take meeting minutes.
Assist in preparation and submission of ad hoc reports.
Customer Relationship Management: Day-to-Day updates and data entry.
The Management may assign any other suitable duties from time to time.
Candidate Qualities:
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with clients from China.
Knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated. Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
Prior experience in hospitality, automotive industry, high-end luxury industry, or hospitality will be an advantage.
