We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to join the team at Concorde Container Line (Private) Ltd in Bukit Merah Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, empathy and care.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously via phone, email and online channels
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and communications
• Providing information about Concorde Container Line's products, services and policies
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
