Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations and solve arising issues to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
People development - actively drive the technical and non-technical development to ensure all work is conducted according to established procedures and work instructions to enlighten customers.
Close gaps and develop the competency of the service team.
Requirements:
Min Degree in any relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction / managing customers.
Exposure in facilities management/ M&E/ engineering/ service industry.
Experience in operating revenue, profitability, and sales.
